Brenda has been a part of our team for many years, working as a registered dental hygienist at our office since 1994.
Outside of the office, Brenda enjoys spending time with her husband, Robert Grover, and two children.
Donna has over three decades of experience in the dental field. She has been an integral part of our practice for many years, and is knowledgable about all aspects of general dentistry. Her smile brightens the office, and her favorite part of working at Lee Family Dentistry is greeting and spending time with our wonderful patients.
Donna is married with one son. She loves spending time with her grandson, Eli, and in her spare time she also enjoys traveling, cooking, crafts, and volunteering for community and church functions.
Elizabeth was born and raised in the Boonesville/Free Union area, where her family has been long time residents. She received her Dental Assistant certificate from CATEC (Charlottesville Albemarle Technical Education Center) and her radiographic certificate from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Jodi graduated from Virginia Western Community College with a degree in dental hygiene in 2004, and has been working with us as a registered dental hygienist ever since. Prior to pursuing her degree in hygiene, Jodi worked as a certified massage therapist. From her previous career, she brings a high level of caring and respect for all those that she treats daily.
Jodi enjoys spending her spare time with her wonderful husband Myron, and is always on the go. She enjoys road biking, camping, hiking, fishing, and a variety of other outdoor activities.
Susan graduated from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology, as well as an MBA. She received her DDS from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry. She believes that dentistry is one of the most fulfilling professions, and loves the one-on-one patient contact. As Susan puts it, “Every patient has their own unique personality, and getting to know them as we improve their dental health is awesome. I really enjoy when we have an entire family as patients. We have the privilege of treating their children for their very first appointment, and then watching them grow through the years into adults. It is just amazing!”
Autumn grew up here in Earlysville, and joined Lee Family Dentistry in 2016. Although you will find her helping out all over the office, she works primarily with scheduling, insurance claims, and patient business. Autumn works hard to make sure that everyone understands and gets the most from any insurance benefits that they may have.
Her great attitude, bright smile, and willingness to help out make her an indispensible part of our team. Her favorite part of being here at Lee Family Dentistry is talking with and getting to know our patients.
Autumn has a one-year-old son, and loves spending time with him. Outside of the office, you’ll often find them enjoying the great outdoors together.
Often the first smiling face welcoming you into our office, Ruth grew up right here in Albemarle County, and has been an important part of Lee Family Dentistry since 2016. She loves greeting the patients, and works hard to ensure their visits go smoothly from start to finish.
Ruth is very musically inclined, and both writes and plays music. She is recently married, and outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Edward, reading, and cuddling with her kittens.

Shannia’s absolute favorite part of Lee Family Dentistry is working with Dr. Davis. As patients often comment, she and Dr. Davis make an exceptional team. Outside of the office, Shannia enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and son.
